Refund policy

Due to COVID-19, we currently have a no return policy, however, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at wearauthentica@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
We do not honor any refunds but offer store credit only.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges/Returns
All exchange items should be inspected carefully. No used, damaged or stained items may be returned.

  • Returns: email wearauthentica@gmail.com for approval. 
  • Include your order number within your email. 
  • Must be returned 7 days from receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be UNWORD. 
  • Any Sale/Clearance/Promotional are FINAL SALE

Store Credit  

  • Store credit will only be used for www.authenticawear.com
  • Store credit is non-transferrable
  • Maintaining track of status/return is the customers responsibility. 
  • Store credit does not expire. 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if the it is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 7 days from initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
